The physical practice of postures (Asanas), is only one of eight traditional limbs of Yoga, as outlined in the foundational text of yoga philosophy, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

These limbs present a sort of eightfold path to enlightenment, which also includes: mindful breathing, turning inward, concentration, and of course meditation.

We teach you right from the basis, how to sit right, how to relax and guide you with a lot of experience towards a quieter and more harmonious mind and greater mental health. Meditation alleviates stress and burnout symptoms, and helps you to a better concentration.

Experience the transformative power of meditation, when we can really quiet down our minds and bodies and experience an inner sense of peace and joy and well-being, and then find ways of connecting with the world around us in much healthier ways.

We aim to delight your palate with our world class vegetarian cuisine. All meals are lovingly prepared using whereever possible organic ingredients and locally grown produce.

After the morning practice a great breakfast brunch awaits you with fresh artesian bread, local honeys, fresh fruit smoothie compositions, mueslis, alternative milk drinks (oat, rice, almond) etc.

The dinner is served in a buffet-style manner after the evening practice.

Complimentary fresh fruit, dry fruits, mineral water and herbal teas are available throughout the day.
